Our rotating electrical parts are thoroughly rebuilt or brand new high-quality Japanese replacements. Our alternators have new diode packs, bearings, brushes, new plugs and wiring harnesses and most importantly, new positive post insulating bushings. This last component is never replaced by alternator re-builders and usually, they reinstall the old cracked insulators. If they break, the post will ground out causing a short, burning your entire wire harness. On any unit, be sure not to over tighten the nut on the positive alternator post as it can crack and destroy the plastic insulator.

A core charge is billed at the time of shipment or you can send the core first. Cores can not be returned with cracked cases, egged out holes, bent pulleys, missing bolts or burnt out internal parts. In other words the unit must be REBUILD-ABLE.
