Engine	Partnumber: 1841 Datsun Roadster R16 oil pump kit OSK R16 Oil pump kit. Great savings. R16 Oil pumps have been discontinued mainly for lack of complete parts. OSK did have open stock pieces which we snapped up pretty quick after the cancellation was sent to Nissan. All you have to do is use or old cast bottom plate, which never goes bad and bolt it together with the brand new parts in the photo. Rallye does mention wear on the bottom plate which I have never seen. This would have to be on a very high mileage pump. However, if you must, one could have the old bottom plate ground. Mark Degroff has a special machine for accurate surface grinding. His phone number is at the beginning of the engine section.
