Exhaust	Partnumber: 1005 All headers have a .500 1/2 inch thick top plate where it bolts to the side of the cylinder head. We have carried the same brand of headers now for 16 years. Over the years, this header company, has made improvements suggested by our company. They have made a number of these changes willingly to improve their product long before the other big roadster parts house entered the picture. All of these changes and improvements cost the company considerable time, effort and expense to cover the new costs. Anyone bad mouthing a 1/2 inch flange header is perhaps doing so because they are stuck with a lot of 3/8 inch flange product that even the header company no longer makes because they opted for a better 1/2 inch flange and no longer produce the, thin, 3/8 version. It should be noted that 1600 owners should use the short U20 starter or the short gear reduction unit as there is less clearance between the header pipe and the end of the 1600 starter.	N/A

Cylinder Head G15 R16 Cylinder Head U20 Exhaust	Partnumber: 2208 Datsun Roadster Smog Plug Inserts Datsun Roadster, set of four, smog plug inserts for 68 -70 1600 and 2000 cylinder heads. These inserts were reverse engineered to screw into the ports in the head where the air injectors were installed as smog equipment. They have the exact thread and contour of the injectors and fill the entire cavity; both the threaded portion and the smooth bore. This completely eliminates that annoying �chirping� sound caused by engine exhaust passing over the tube, which creates a resonant chamber (like a badly played flute). Once installed, you�ll be amazed at hearing only the smooth hum of the exhaust out the tailpipe. The clucking chicken in your engine will be dead and gone! Does not include clucking chicken. Cylinder Head U20 New Products Engine external Exhaust	Partnumber: 2275 Datsun Roadster 67 1/2 - 70 2000 66 Piece Fastener Kit Datsun Roadster metric fastener kit. Included in the kit are the special M8 X 1.25 NUTS. These are the uncommon style nuts that accept the 12 mm wrench. All the correct washers, including the thick exhaust manifold washers are included as well. Kit does the entire intake and exhaust manifold.
