KYB supplies these shocks with stock rubber bushings which are not very durable and soft. When you purchase these shocks from us we upgrade the bushings, at no extra cost, to our urethane shock bushing kit a value of $36.00. Click here to see the bushings. Even though the rear shocks are out of production, we have a number of sets in stock. Competition use only??? Nonsense!!! Let us comment by saying that KYB in 1998 recorded selling over half a million sets of Full Gas Shocks in North America alone to owners and operators of passenger vehicles. That's Mom, Dad, Grandma's Buick, etc. etc. I think we all get the point. No disassembly necessary of lower control arm to install.These have the correct travel values as opposed to some recommened alternate KYB's suggested in talk groups.

These GR-2 KYB's are okay replacements for the stock Nissan shocks. When the full gas shocks were available (we still have them in stock) all other Datsun vendors raved about how great the performance was and couldn't say anything bad about them... then. Now it seems they push only what they can get. Well, we offer both and although other Datsun vendors favor the economy series, it seems biased. Our customers and the Datsun Roadster world from the past and present still love the full gas series. We don't fall out of love with something just because it becomes obsolete. If this were the case, we'd all be driving Miata's. No disassembly necessary of lower control arm to install.

Noisy springs? When was the last time you replaced your spring pads? You may want to check if they're even in place. These urethane replacements are great for better handling. Use these in conjunction with our other urethane suspension components.

These are not aftermarket bump stops from a different, wrong application with incorrect progression and incorrect heigth. In other words we didn't throw in the kitchen sink here!!
